Google Prejudice!!!!

Postby dbbubba » Fri Oct 12, 2012 9:58 pm

My daughter Googled "analog recording" and Google replied: "Did you mean DIGITAL recording?"

What?

Well, obviously Google looks at your over-all usage and makes a "history" of it and basses the search recommendations on that, but still!

Truthfully, Google doing that is nothing compared to the marketing push that SONY and other companies used in the early '80s to get people to switch their thinking to digital audio.
I once read a magazine article that pretty much laid out how SONY, along with other companies in their "camp" made the push.

I have also always thought that SONY bought MCI only to control the US analog market. :o
I am not alone in thinking that either.
